Hi,
I'm using GenSim in Windows and looking for a good IDE to make my life
easier. Currently, I'm using "Code Editor" which is installed by "Enthought
Canopy". It's really nerve racking without any suggestion and etc.
I read about different IDEs. But I just want to know your favorite?

its old and not useful anymore.

Best are SpyderIDE and KomodoEdit. I use them both. They have autocompletion
and hints.
For Editor , Sublime and Kate (Linux) are best for me.
For command line , Vim
.

Unlike other programming languages the use of an IDE for python is less of
a necessity.
I usually do not use an 'IDE' just a good editor + IPython.

he answer to the question what the preferred editor is for python on g+ so
or linkedIn usually gets as much answers as there are editors which support
python, ;-)

If you save the living environment, the biodiversity that we have left,
you will also automatically save the physical environment, too. But If
you only save the physical environment, you will ultimately lose both.

1) Don’t drive species to extinction

2) Don’t destroy a habitat that species rely on.

3) Don’t change the climate in ways that will result in the above.

SpyderIDE have better IPython built into it. It builds around IPython
QTConsole. Yes IPYthon + KomodoEdit (Editor with Completions and Vim Mode)
or SpyderIDE is my Development Env of Choice
